Hillary Primary School is committed to ensuring that it provides access to information in accordance with its obligations under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000, associated regulations and professional guidelines. The School will use all appropriate and necessary means at its disposal to comply with the legislation and associated guidance. Subject Access Request:
The below form is for any person who wishes to apply for access to personal data held by Hillary Primary School. Please read the 'Subject Access Request Guidance Notes' before completing this form. A separate form should be completed for each individual.
School will not respond to any Freedom of Information or Subject Access Requests made in the school holidays as emails are not monitored during this time. All requests shall be reviewed when School re opens. Please also note that any requests received one day before the school holidays shall be looked at one day after school re opens.
